As if paddle boarding isn't a challenge enough, try doing yoga on a paddle board! ha!

I'm mainly a whitewater paddler but I'm expanding my horizons this year by tagging along with some fantastic sea kayakers I happened to meet.

I would suggest you check out Boatwerks.net as they have the most active forum in Ontario with contributors from all over.
Or, give me a shout sometime, as I do plan to go ww paddling sometime.
