OK, after two great paddles, yesterday and today (thanks Alan for having your B-day on a day with nice weather 
), I am highly encouraged that the goal of paddling at least once each month of a calendar year is possible. I'm sure that opinion will change in the dead of winter 
, but for now I am going with unbridled enthusiasm… so couple of questions:
1) Who wants to join our paddle of the month club? Please reply here.
2) What constitutes a “legal
