PDF with room for VHF radio

I'm not an expert but I do know of one PDF that meets
at least part of your requirements.

Because I'm not an expert I can't reply in this forum
so excuse the new posting.

I have a Standard Horizons HX851 waterproof/floating VHF radio
and it fits nicely in the stretchy right hand pocket of my
Kokatat PFD - model "OutFIT"
The antenna does not interfere with my paddling
and there is a similar size but non-stretchy pocket
on the left side.
