Friday Night Paddle Aug 5th

The forecast is looking good for Friday night - and I think it's time to come back to Oakville! I was hoping to do Oakville Harbour but the Jazz Festival is on in downtown Oakville, so it will have to be Bronte. If you haven't been there before, from the QEW/403, take Bronte Road south to the Lakeshore and go west (right turn). The first street after the bridge is West River St; turn south (left)and follow to the marina area. We will meet and plan for a 6:30 Launch. It's getting dark a little earlier so we don't want to be too late starting.
Rentals are available from LearntoKayak - let me know if you want a boat - you will need your own tie- down kit, but I should be able to get over there and give you a hand with loading.
